We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Social Services team at Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN).
This is a varied role where you will provide operational and administrative support across our Social Services division, helping our teams and sites run smoothly and effectively.
You will play an important role in supporting continuous improvement, maintaining systems and processes, and ensuring our data and client management systems are accurate and well maintained.
There is some travel involved to other PSN offices, so a full NZ licence is required.
This is a parental leave fixed term contract until January 2028.
· Work closely with the Social Services Operations Manager and support the ongoing review and improvement of processes and procedures across Social Services.
· Help ensure our Social Services sites operate smoothly, efficiently and productively.
· Monitor data management processes and support high standards of data quality.
· Maintain and support PSN Social Services client management systems.
· Support and promote high standards of health and safety practices.
· Work alongside managers and teams to identify opportunities to improve operational processes and systems.
· Provide practical coordination and administrative support across the Social Services division.
We are looking for someone who is organised, solutions-focused and enjoys making things work better.
You will bring:
· 5 + years in administration, organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
· Experience and confidence using databases and Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Power BI and Excel.
· The ability to identify opportunities for improvement and follow through on practical solutions.
· Strong computer skills and confidence learning and maintaining new systems.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
· The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
· A proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
· An understanding of the importance of confidentiality, data quality and health and safety.
