Whom are we looking for?

| Senior Executive – Remarketing Operations – Contract extension and customer communication

What would you be responsible for?

• Tracking and follow up with Customers and end users for decision at end of lease.
• Coordinate with pricing team, Users and clients, discount approval of extension quotation from the date of lease extension request
• All tasks on Ugo Digit and tickets on desk to be resolved as per given task
• End to end coordination and implementation for contract extension for Ayvens products
• Tracking and follow up with end users & clients for traffic challans closure - Cars tracked traffic challans from the portfolio of cars returning and sharing the tracker with status of traffic challans with return team
• Initiate documents / letters with users/client authorities for online signature and validate ENACH mandate.
  Arranging cancelled cheque copy from the end user for refunding the credit amount - Upload the document for Zoho signature and maintain the repository of client signing documents online

What qualities should you have for us to consider you for this role?

Qualifications and qualities:

• Education: B.com, Post Graduation Degree / Business Administration (BBA)
• Experience: 4-5 Years of Experience:
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle end-to-end coordination
  • Managing multiple stakeholders:
  • Customers
  • Clients.
  • Internal teams (pricing, return team)
  • Understanding workflows (lease extension, ticket resolution)
