We are looking for a new Operations Coordinator who will report directly to our Operations Manager and ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain and review documented processes and procedures for the Operations Department.
• Ensure all new staff members complete training and competencies
• Work with Branch Managers to create and monitor training plans
• Prepare and distribute operational and performance reports
• Implement and support new strategies to improve warehouse processes, locations and product handling
• Prepare agendas and meeting minutes for Operations department meetings
• Identify bottlenecks, issues, or risks in operational flow and propose solutions
• Interstate travel to other Taipan Branches
• Ensure compliance throughout the department.

To be successful, you'll need some or all of the following:

• Be coachable and take pride in our work
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Experience in compliance or maintaining processes and procedures
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
