Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Coordinator to support our Operations team with the day-to-day execution of venue and event operations. This is a very part-time, seasonal position that requires flexibility and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working outdoors, and is committed to helping ensure smooth event operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations team with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Support various operational tasks as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Respond to changing priorities and assist wherever needed during events.

Qualifications

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work outdoors for the duration of a shift in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
  • Have some ability with computer/technology

Work Environment
This is a very part-time position with hours based on operational needs and event schedules. The majority of work is performed outdoors and requires the ability to work safely in hot weather while remaining on your feet for long periods.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$18.40 USD - $23.00 USD Hourly

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
