The Role

We're looking for a capable Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy UK business. This is a hands-on role that sits at the crossroads of admin, process management, and team support. You'll be the person who spots what needs doing, follows through, and keeps the wheels turning. If you're organised, adaptable, and enjoy variety in your work, you'll be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating operational processes across teams and departments
• Tracking projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure nothing slips
• Preparing internal reports, status updates, and meeting notes
• Identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
• Managing communications with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Supporting senior management with ad hoc operational tasks

What You'll Need

• Experience in an operations, coordination, or project support role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
• Clear and professional written communication
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
