Job Description

Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Cusco, Peru


The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics of group travel operations across Peru and Bolivia, ensuring high-quality execution and customer satisfaction. This role coordinates vendors, bookings, and on-the-ground services while supporting smooth daily operations and resolving issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel operations, including hotels, transportation, and services
  • Manage inventory, cancellations, and passenger lists
  • Oversee airport transfers and meet & greet logistics across destinations
  • Handle ticketing for Machu Picchu and other sites
  • Support operational issues and ensure service quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Previous operations or travel experience preferred
