What You'll Do:

• Maintain shift records, including production, shipping, receiving, and quality documentation
• Support daily shipping operations by matching PO numbers, preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinating outbound loads
• Communicate with supervisors, customer service, and transportation teams to support pickup and delivery schedules
• Monitor shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely service and escalate issues as needed
• Perform random quality inspections and report findings to the team
• Manage office and operational supplies inventory, and assist with ordering as needed
• Create, update, and maintain documents and files using Microsoft Office
• Support general administrative tasks, including mail handling, scanning, filing, and office coordination
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support plant operations and additional tasks as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in a plant, warehouse, logistics, or office support role
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
• Working knowledge of shipping and receiving processes preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Flexible to work overtime or adjusted hours based on business needs

Pay and Perks:

• Compensation: $24.00–$27.00/hour based on experience, skills, and qualifications
