Job Description

Ashtead Technology is looking for an organised Operations Coordinator to support our growing operations in Houston. In this role, you will be responsible for completing coordination, administration and support requirements for the workshop, particularly relating to Repairs, Goods Out and Inspection.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting in shipping and receiving of parts and or equipment.
• Supporting with project delivery tickets and terminations.
• Issuing PO’s as needed for each project.
• Assist in making sure that Ashtead and Offshore employees are certified.
• Upload all pre/post job inspections, picking list, delivery notes, pictures, videos, etc. in the system.
• Assist in delivering/picking up parts needed for projects.

What experience you'll bring:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, particular experience with purchasing is beneficial.
• An enthusiastic approach and ability to work in a fast paced workshop environment.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities and passion for customer service excellence.
  
• Attention to detail and determination to complete the task to meet client delivery requirements.
• Ability to prioritise workloads to meet different deadlines.
• Proficient IT skills, including use of MS office.
