Job Purpose
This position is a shop-based role. Primary role will be to assemble, disassemble equipment (under supervision) as well as other tasks (under supervision) per work instructions. The individual will also assist senior workshop personnel in the preparation and testing of equipment. He/She will be expected to follow a specified learning plan that will include various computer-based learning modules as well as classroom training. During this phase, He/She may take on miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Supervisor. The individual applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform tasks strictly in accordance to Weatherford OEPS standards. He/she receives close supervision, and thorough review of all work performed for application of sound professional judgment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison with Buyer's management.
- Provide final quality checks on Contractor's reports prior to presentation to Buyer and perform frequent quality audits on Contractor's services.
- Maintain a current copy of this Agreement and ensure Contractor complies with all requirements.
- Contactor, Company and Regulatory training and competency requirements.
- Keep abreast of Buyer schedules and operations. A field ticket for personnel and equipment need to be provided and signed off by Buyer Representative daily to mitigate issues with invoicing and payment processes.
- Be the primary liaison contact for "call-out" and use of Contractor's equipment/services as well as resolving any outstanding Buyer Contractor issues.
- Be the liaison to Buyer on Safety, Security, Health & Environment (SSH&E) issues.
- Maintain good communication with Contractor's experts for problem resolution.
- Be on call as directed by Buyer during drilling operations.
- Maintain an inventory of equipment, spare parts, consumables and materials required to perform services.
- Organize timely re-supply of spares and consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Verify Contractor's equipment has current inspection, calibration and other certifications as required by Buyer Contractor requirements and manufacturer's recommendations.
- Verify Contractor's equipment is maintained to Buyer manufacturers minimum standards.
- Ensure Contractor's equipment is operational and available for services when required.
- Ensure appropriate tools are ready for each hole section.
- Plan, advise and execute fishing operations.
- Maintain good communications with Buyers Drill team, Buyer representatives, rig contractor, Buyer Buyer's Operating Base and Contractor's Operating Base.
- Coordinate Transportation and Contractor’s personnel to and from Buyer designated facility.
- Verify contractors’ equipment is delivered to Buyer's Operating Base or other Buyer designated facility when requested by Buyer.
- Coordinate with Contractor's Work-Site Supervisor to provide Buyer with daily reports and costs of all operations.
- Provide ongoing consultation and support to Buyer operations and attend meetings when requested.
- Ensure timely preparation of invoices with supporting documentation, in the format required by the Agreement, using cost codes provided by Buyer.
- Coordinate timely close out of non-conformance reports and manage contractor’s local lessons learned database.
- Prepare and submit for Buyer’s approval a post job report documenting services provided, total costs, lessons learned and recommendations for future wells.
Experience & Education
REQUIRED
- Minimum 1-3+ years related experience with demonstrated competencies

- General knowledge of products to be sold and purchased
- General computer knowledge
- Must have basic reading, writing and math skills
- Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedules form
- Ability to maintain confidentiality; remain unobtrusive but present; demonstrate calmness and flexibility in a changing environment
