The Operations Coordinator at Hawk Law Firm will play a pivotal role in refining our operational processes and enhancing our marketing initiatives. By supporting the firm's strategic goals, this individual will ensure that both our internal operations and client interactions are smooth, efficient, and effective. This position is essential in freeing up our lead attorney, Jon Hawk, to focus on high-impact cases, thereby maximizing the firm's success and client satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships and coordination with external marketing and operational vendors.
• Marketing Support: Oversee digital marketing tasks including content creation and social media management using tools like Camtasia and Canva.
• Administrative Management: Streamline office operations, including email triage and calendar management for Jon Hawk.
• Case Progression Facilitation: Assist in monitoring case progress and identifying bottlenecks to ensure timely case movement.
• Finance Coordination: Support light finance oversight such as reviewing financial reports for planning and meeting preparation with accountants and financial advisors.
• Networking and Outreach: Plan and participate in community engagement and networking events to enhance the firm's visibility. Manage projects and events such as seminars, webinars, and public events.

What we’re looking for:

• Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content coordination, and basic video editing. Familiarity or willingness to learn SEO optimization to improve website visibility through content strategy.
• Vendor Management: Demonstrated success in managing and auditing external service providers.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as GoDaddy, Camtasia, Facebook, Instagram, Canva, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Workspace. Experience with Filevine Case Management or similar software for law firms is a plus but not required.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with an emphasis on detail and follow-through.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communicator comfortable with representing the firm in various settings.
• Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with an ability to address issues promptly and independently.
