The Opportunity

We are looking for an Operations & Business Support Manager to act as a central coordination and support function across the business, working closely with the senior leadership team to improve alignment, communication, and operational follow-through. This role plays a key part in ensuring that priorities, initiatives, and internal processes are clearly tracked, well communicated, and executed effectively across the organisation.

You will be responsible for helping bring structure and clarity to day-to-day operations by supporting leadership meetings, tracking actions, coordinating cross-team initiatives, and ensuring that key business activities continue to move forward. In addition, you will support internal communication, onboarding processes, offshore coordination, and a range of administrative and operational activities that help the business run smoothly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the business with setting up systems and process to support smooth day-to-day running of the business

  • Support CEO and senior leadership team with coordination and follow-up of key initiatives

  • Help maintain the business execution system to track actions, priorities, and cross-team operational progress

  • Improve internal communication and organisational alignment

  • Setup and Support processes with onboarding, admin coordination, and remote team communication

  • Coordinate compliance with ISO certifications, and internal documentation processes

  • Support health & safety reporting and administration

  • Assist with staff engagement, events, and internal communications

  • Help to improve organisational systems and structure

  • Support use of AI tools and operational systems across the business

About You

  • Highly organised with strong coordination and project management skills

  • Strong communication and administration capability

  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Experience in office management, EA/PA, or operations support roles

  • Experience with systems, compliance, or HR coordination is an advantage

  • Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency is a strong plus
