RESPONSIBILITIES

PRODUCT STRATEGY & MERCHANDISING

  • Lead the department in delivering timely reporting and deliver ad-hoc analysis if required
  • Build and own the optimal commercial product strategy from forecasting to the POS with the objective to ensure the availability of the right product at the right place at any time
  • Collect and synthesize product feedback from the market, facilitating effective interaction and communication with HQ.
  • Lead the department to deliver optimized merchandising across the network and be the authority on stock allocation

SALES PLANNING & OPERATIONS

  • Oversee and maintain comprehensive Sales Forecasts, including 5-year plans and bridges, ensuring rolling forecasts are updated regularly (e.g., every two weeks).
  • Prepare and analyze best estimates for sales and performance (e.g., every two months).
  • Lead the department to deliver operational excellence within the back office and DTC channel
  • Enable the achievement of commercial objectives with efficient processes from replenishment to invoicing, and oversee the team in the handling of the sales administration
  • Pro-actively seek and leverage potential to further improve logistics flows and lead times

RETAIL OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION:

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day retail operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure quality checks and manage Customer Service (CS) topics, including oversight of the CS centre and coordination with HQ.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of operational strategies.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (SUPPORTING MD)

  • Prepare and follow up on store project P&L (Profit & Loss), HQ Boutique Financial Meeting, and CAR (Capital Appropriation Request) process across HQ and Richemont Group.
  • Manage CAPEX Planning and tracking for new projects and initiatives.
  • Lead new project briefing sessions, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Oversee contracts management, including leading initial conversations with legal teams and commercial leads.
  • S&D budget planning and controlling for internal.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical skills finance background is preferred

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • University degree with 6-8 years of working experience, ideally in the luxury industry
  • Relevant experience in commercial management, merchandising, business development or business analytics
  • International background and experience in international companies
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP (SD and BI modules)
  • Eloquent and fluent in English (spoken and written), Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus (spoken)
