Do you have a passion for turning data into action and technology into impact? Do you thrive on building solutions that make complex operations run better? People here at Apple don’t just create products — they build the kind of wonder that’s revolutionised entire industries. It’s the diversity of those people and their ideas that encourages the innovation that runs through everything we do.
Pacific Operations is a group based in Singapore, responsible for the Finished Goods supply chain across every route to market in the Pacific countries. From upstream product compliance and launch planning through to supply and demand management, channel partner operations, and physical logistics with our 3PL partners — the team ensures Apple products reach customers efficiently across a fast-growing region.
We are looking for three Operations Business Analyst Interns (6 months) to join our Logistics, Supply Demand Management (SDM), and Reseller Operations (RO) teams, bringing Advanced Analytics and Business Analytics skills to help solve real operational problems using technology-enabled solutions.
If you are curious, technically minded, and energised by using data and technology to solve business problems and derive actionable insights, this role is for you. You will work alongside experienced supply chain professionals, contributing to initiatives that directly support how Apple moves product across the Pacific.
You will be expected to:
Design and run evaluations to test solution performance, reliability, and user value.
Support analytics and GenAI pilot initiatives through the project lifecycle—tracking workstream milestones, documenting action items, identifying dependencies, and helping keep stakeholders aligned.
This role requires someone who can work fluidly across business and technology — someone with strong data fluency and analytical thinking, an automation and problem-solving mindset, and a natural curiosity that drives experimentation and a bias for action.
Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) or front-end frameworks for building lightweight applications
Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or operations environments
Exposure to agile or iterative development approaches
Experience building automated workflows or integrating data across multiple systems
Comfortable working with ambiguity — able to scope problems independently and propose practical solutions
A self-starter who can balance multiple workstreams and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (e.g. Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related discipline)
Prior professional experience in a supply chain, data, analytics, or technology-related role
Hands-on proficiency in business oriented programming langages or automation environment
Experience working with data pipelines, SQL, or business intelligence / reporting tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to present technical work to non-technical stakeholders

We’re a diverse collective of thinkers and doers, continually reimagining what’s possible to help us all do what we love in new ways. And the same innovation that goes into our products also applies to our practices — strengthening our commitment to leave the world better than we found it. This is where your work can make a difference in people’s lives. Including your own.
