Title: Operations Business Analyst

Duration: 6 Months

Work Schedule: Hybrid (in the office 2 days a week)

Description

Support
Banking Operations team in Lending processing system replacement with LoanIQ.
Participate in design, requirements gathering for systems integration, data
migration, reporting and testing.
Facilitate development of the target operating model and document
associated business processes. Collaborate with key program stakeholders in
Operations, Technology, Enterprise Program Management, Front Office, Finance,
Data Management, Credit Risk, Treasury, Operations Risk Management and Audit.

Responsibilities

• 
  Gather and document detail
  business requirements for LoanIQ configuration and integration.
• 
  Participate in development of
  data migration strategy for the Loan System upgrade project.
• 
  Formalize data migration
  mapping, including data cleanup and enrichment.
• 
  Facilitate requirements
  gathering for Operations reporting and Controls.
• 
  Participate in test cases
  collection and testing for various components of the ecosystem, including
  migration.
• 
  Facilitate regular meetings
  with Stakeholders to address risks and issues related to the program.
• 
  Work closely with program
  teams and provide regular updates on the progress.
• 
  Support go-live and post
  implementation activities.
• 
  Share best industry practices
  leveraging past large system implementations.

Requirements

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's Degree with a
  minimum of 5 years of relevant business and change management experience.
• 
  Proven record of leading
  and/or participating in a complex systems implementation and multicultural
  global banking environment.
• 
  Strong Lending Operations
  product knowledge.
• 
  Experience with LoanIQ
  deployment or enhancements projects.
• 
  Strong communication and
  interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively engage with internal and
  external stakeholders.
• 
  Excellent analytical and
  problem-solving skills.
• 
  Hands-on SQL experience is a
  plus
