The Role
As part of our experienced PMO and expanding Operations team, the Operations Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering outcomes within our Digital Transformation program. You’ll work closely with the Program Manager and a wide range of stakeholders, acting as the vital link between business needs and technical delivery.
This role is perfect for a proactive, detail‑driven BA who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is motivated by meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, validate, and report on business requirements
Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and meetings
Partner with technical teams, solution architects and SMEs to deliver solutions with a strong focus on customer experience
Document and manage business requirements (e.g., user stories) and define acceptance criteria, covering both functional and non‑functional needs
Identify, document, and assist with resolving delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions

We’re seeking someone with:
5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in consumer goods, retail, supply chain or similar industries
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Computer Science, IIBA, similar)
Strong project delivery discipline with a focus on meeting milestones
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or AML (highly advantageous)
