Job Title: Operations Associate.

Location: On-site, Delijorgji Complex, Tirana, Albania

Employment Type: Full-time.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Bulls Vision Group is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Associate to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and eager to develop their career while supporting the smooth and efficient execution of financial and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and track the progress of operational projects against established timelines and goals.

· Prioritize tasks and provide regular progress updates to the Manager.

· Develop, maintain, and organize project plans, reports, and operational documentation.

· Coordinate with different departments to support projects and improve overall workflow efficiency.

· Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure projects remain on track.

· Prepare clear and actionable reports to support operational decision-making.

· Identify potential operational issues or delays and communicate them in a timely manner.

· Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to ongoing projects and operations.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify practical solutions.

· Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.

· Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

· Previous experience in operations, project coordination, finance, or a similar role is considered an advantage.
