
Job Duties:
Your main duty is to prepare and perform accurate data entry for cargo release / receive to / from transporters, ensuring accurate data entry, and ensuring the Shipping Note are processed accurately. You will respond to customer inquiries, send reports, and maintain records in compliance with regulations. In addition, you will assist with import container planning. You will also support other warehouse administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays when necessary
• Prior experience in warehouse or administrative roles, along with familiarity with basic logistics processes and regulatory compliance, would be an advantage
