Job Description

Provides business support services and assistance requiring occasional discretion and judgment. Coordinates a unique set of processes, projects, and/or services for an assigned area.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Maintains safety equipment (e.g., First aid kits, fire extinguishers) & Manages general facilities area (e.g. water dispenser/lockers). Notify Site Manager immediately of any safety and environmental related issues which put at risk the company objectives, requirements and policies.

• Organizes and stores administrative inventory, manages stock levels, and conducts regular audits.

• Engaged in miscellaneous procurement and liaison with Finance.

• Generates Production Daily/Weely Report

• Assists new hires on boarding

• Manages Employee Attendance Records

• Perform tasks and other duties including manual tasks as required and/or as directed by Site Manager

• Other duties as assigned.

• Performs functions semi-routine in nature and recognizes the need for occasional alternative solutions.

• Work is performed independently, with minimal supervision. Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work.

• Collaboration with other departments or teams may be required to perform role. May frequently respond to requests from others, internally or externally.

• Impact of decisions may affect the department. Errors may result in loss of time, resources and/or customer satisfaction.

Work Experience:

• Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.

Education and Certification(s):

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Work location in Changi South. 5 day work week.
