As an Operations Assistant based in Dagenham you’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within this small branch.
Serving customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
You will be working in the warehouse and counter picking orders, booking in and putting away stock and serving customers.
Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries whether that is over the phone or email and processing sales.
General warehouse duties including, goods in & out, filling paperwork, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between 07:30-16:30 with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Previous experience in a warehouse role.
Customer service experience.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills.
Driving license preferred but not essential.
