As an Operations Assistant based in Aston you’ll be responsible for:
Meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations regarding service and delivery, as well as capitalising upon any available sales opportunities.
Stock related duties, such as helping load and unload vehicles, picking and packing customer orders, putting away deliveries ensuring products are allocated to the correct areas.
Various customer related tasks as requested by the Branch Manager
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm

Previous merchant/industry experience would be advantageous
Positive attitude and confident speaking to people
Excellent customer service skills
