Job Description

Essential Job Functions

  • Check and organize documents;
  • Coordinates import and export shipments;
  • Send shipment confirmation and arrival notification;
  • Provide cargo information to the customer;
  • Analyze reports;
  • Update the internal information systems;
  • Import & Export follow-up;
  • Record the occurrences;
  • Prepare reports;
  • TMF processing, filing and analysis;
  • Responds to general inquiries from management, employees, and clients inside and outside of the company;
  • Creates, assists with and updates files and documents;
  • Assists to provide the necessary information and action to keep KPIs according to corporate expectations;
  • Assists with special projects as needed;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Other Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to project, manage and produce executive quality reports;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with internal and external resources, respond to questions from senior management, and manage through
    conflict with a positive, flexible attitude and professionalism.

Education Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
  • We are looking for a person studying or with a higher education degree in International Business, Administration;
  • Intermediate English
