Industry: Logistics MNC

Location: West

Working days : 5.5 days work week, 9am to 6pm from Mon- Fri, 9am to 1pm (Sat)

Salary: Up to $2,500

Warehouse Assistant (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily warehouse planning, physical activities and also the completion of the inbound & outbound shipment
• Coordinate and plan the warehouse activities together with team member and the service provider
• Ensure service provider checks the weighing scale on daily basis and do test weight before they proceed with the weighing
• Assist in creating space for inbound shipment or shifting cargo and counting of warehouse space availability
• Daily warehouse check and report to supervisor for any abnormal or suspicious activities
• Compile operations reports and submit to Customer Service team within stipulated time frame
• Print, scan work order, reports to Person-In-Charge
• Liaise with internal operations team in regards to operation matters
• Updating inventory
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

· 1 year of relevant working experience in warehouse

· Proficient with Microsoft Office
