Job Description

Shape how leading investors measure performance, manage risk, and meet evolving reporting expectations across APAC. You’ll lead teams that deliver high-impact analytics services while modernizing platforms and operating models. We’ll rely on your ability to build trusted client partnerships and influence senior stakeholders across regions. You’ll join a global leadership community that values strong governance, inclusive people leadership, and continuous improvement. If you thrive in complex, regulated environments and want to scale what “excellent service” looks like, we’d like to meet you.

As an APAC Head of Performance, Risk, and Compliance Analytics - Executive Director within Securities Services Operations, you lead regional strategy and delivery for investment analytics services across onshore teams and an operational center of excellence. You’ll partner with client-facing and product stakeholders to strengthen relationships, resolve escalations, and evolve service offerings. You’ll drive operational excellence and modernization, including structured technology migrations and process optimization. You’ll help the team stay ahead of regulatory, market, and industry developments impacting reporting and disclosure. You’ll lead with a strong people-first mindset to develop talent and sustain a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead APAC oversight, strategy, and operating plans for investment analytics services across performance, investment compliance, environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and ex-ante (forward-looking) risk reporting.

  • Influence regional and global stakeholders to align priorities, secure decisions, and execute the business agenda with pace and accountability.
  • Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, operating model and location strategy, and targeted technology improvements.
  • Lead structured system migrations and platform changes by aligning resources, skills, controls, and client readiness for a controlled implementation.
  • Establish and sustain a strong regional leadership structure focused on service excellence, people development, regulatory best practices, and commercial awareness.
  • Collaborate with product and operations partners to shape the development roadmap, translate regulatory updates, and create clear client communications.
  • Monitor and interpret industry, market, and regulatory developments impacting reporting, engagement, and disclosure requirements, and embed changes into delivery.
  • Support business growth by managing requests for proposal (RFPs) and participating in client due diligence meetings.
  • Contribute to global leadership priorities beyond day-to-day delivery, such as diversity, opportunity, and inclusion (DOI), risk and controls, and enterprise initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 15 years of investment analytics experience across performance measurement, investment compliance, ESG reporting, and/or ex-ante risk analytics.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, multi-level teams across a region
  • Proven ability to engage senior investment professionals using a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong understanding of fixed income, equities, and over-the-counter (OTC) markets
  • Experience leading complex change initiatives, including technology migrations, process redesign, and operating model improvements
  • Strong operational management skills, including planning, prioritization, governance, and measurement of service outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to build relationship with different internal partners
