You will be the primary deputy to the Head of Commercial Operations for EMEA, empowered to drive business health, revenue assurance, and organizational transformation. In this role, you will specifically focus on increasing revenue assurance by governing open resource requirements and billable headcount, driving FTE/BHC as a leading indicator for growth.
