In domain Magenta Field Force (MFF) we deliver the best IT solutions for our field service colleagues of DTAG and DT IT to achieve our common goal: TURN CUSTOMER INTO FANS! Therefore, we constantly improve our way of working and the way we are designing and delivering software. We constantly keep in touch with our users and customers to understand their needs. We are working together as ONE Magenta Field Force Team, supporting each other and using synergies where possible.
Product Vision
We enable DT Technik Fiber Factory and DT Field to process all orders via one order management system, so that all orders from these two units can be processed in a uniform, transparent and seamless way without media breaks, focusing on a high grade of automation and business process flexibility. We are further developing Capri so that we can manage and map the capacities of all technicians and service partners in the Fiber Factory and the DTA completely independently of the organization, in order to have the greatest possible flexibility across the entire workforce when researching and booking capacities. We are creating a joint scheduling option for all Fiber Factory and DTA field service technicians so that field service assignments can be planned with the greatest possible efficiency and cost-effectiveness and all customer appointments can be kept.
