Do you want to be part of a dynamic team at a prestigious organisation, helping us to create commercial impact? University of Birmingham Enterprise Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Operations and Productivity Administrator to project manage a programme of workflow improvements, and provide operational and administrative support to the CEO, COO and wider company Senior Management Team.
This is a fixed term post for one year.

What we’re looking for:
To be considered for this full-time role, you will need to show us that you can work flexibly within a diverse business unit. Ideally you will have previous experience of experience of representing a professional services organisation and be willing to undertake customer facing / front of house duties.
We will also expect very strong IT skills and the ability to implement workflow productivity and automation tools and demonstrate these to end users clearly.
It is also important that you are a strong team player with excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to maintain accurate and up to date records.
UoB Enterprise is based in a highly stimulating working entrepreneurial environment located on the vibrant Birmingham Research Park in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
The salary on offer is in the range of £30-32,000pa, depending on experience.
