Job Description

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Operations and Logistics Coordinator to join the Power & Thermal Management Team in Fremont, CA. Under the direction of the Value Stream Manager, the Operations and Logistics Coordinator will provide outstanding service and support by addressing inquiries and supplying information to the sales, accounting, and operations teams. This role involves a range of administrative tasks and data entry responsibilities. The coordinator is responsible for completing all assigned duties promptly, efficiently, and in line with established departmental and company policies, procedures, and objectives. As a member of the Legrand team, the Operations and Logistics Coordinator is expected to foster a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative, maintain professionalism, exhibit personal accountability, uphold integrity, and exercise confidentiality.

  • Liaise between sales, accounting, and operations to ensure seamless fulfillment of orders.
  • Assist the sales team with sales order details, customer follow-ups, and CRM management.
  • Work with sales to schedule deliveries that align with customer requirements/needs.
  • Assist in resolving order issues.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures and documentation.
  • Complete administration and reporting as needed to support fulfillment status and support S&OP processes.
  • Manage freight forwarders as needed (include export compliance).
  • Request quotes from freight forwarders as requested.
  • Send shipping requests to the warehouse.
  • Issue shipping labels and packing slips to the warehouse.
  • Manage EU stocking to agreed-to levels.
  • Follow required VAT/export compliance requirements.
  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in coordination, sales support, or operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and ERP software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Salary Range: $31.00-$33.00/hourly
