What you’ll do
Reporting – support the team in regular and ad-hoc reporting across lending/operations
Problem Analysis – understand problems, determine root cause, identify solutions and work on process improvements. Contribute,co ordinate& drive change initiatives
Key Control Testing (KCT) – assist with evidencing of process control points
Risk artefacts – support activities in risk assessments & required regulatory artefacts
Data – understanding data flows, drawing insights from data and creating dashboards for management
What we’re looking for
Suitable qualification and work experience (financial services ideal)
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure multiple deliverables
