We’re seeking a motivated Operations Analyst Technician who enjoys creating clarity, improving processes, and supporting a culture of operational excellence. This role centers on documenting manufacturing processes within our ERP system and collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency while being guided by a manufacturing engineer. If you thrive on problem-solving, working with people, and taking ownership of your work, this position will feel like a great fit.
What You’ll Do
· Develop, update, and maintain detailed manufacturing process documentation within the ERP system
· Partner with engineering, production, quality, and production scheduling teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy
· Apply lean manufacturing concepts to support process improvements and waste reduction
· Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline operations
· Support manufacturing engineering initiatives through data collection, reporting, and troubleshooting
· Ensure documentation aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements
· Assist in training team members on new or updated processes
· Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision
· Willing to dig in and find solutions when challenges arise
· Perform other duties as assigned
