
Income Department as a part of CORE Services is at the heart of Euroclear core activity and plays a significant role by dealing with millions of cash on a daily basis.
Division : EB Operations
The Income Department, part of CORE Services, is central to Euroclear's core activities, handling millions of cash transactions daily. Each month, we process nearly 100,000 income payments, including coupons, redemptions, and cash dividends.
The Income Pre-payment team consists of around 25 enthusiastic professionals who focus on preparing and processing income payments. Our main task is to identify and resolve discrepancies between external providers and Euroclear records, ensuring payment accuracy before the due date.

Additionally, we work closely with other income teams, New Issues, Client Service, ASO Tactical Design Team, Tax, Corporate Actions, Core Reconciliation, Collateral, Treasury, and Settlement.
