The Procurement Operations Analyst will partner with Technology, Procurement, Legal, Accounts Payable, suppliers, and business stakeholders to support procurement processes, supplier onboarding, contract execution, reporting, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, relationship-focused, and comfortable working across enterprise systems to deliver accurate data, improved processes, and strong stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Technology, Procurement, and Legal teams through business, procurement, and legal processes using enterprise systems.
• Review, modify, and approve service orders and Master Service Agreements to ensure alignment with legal, procurement, and business requirements.
• Assist Category Sourcing with the execution of service agreements, contracts, and supplier documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce risk, increase efficiency, and support strong compliance standards.
• Support the onboarding and ongoing management of telecommunications suppliers.
• Serve as a data steward for procurement and inventory data, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and usable for analysis.
• Conduct research and analysis using relevant systems to translate raw data into actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and research related to vendor contractual commitments, and service-level agreement enforcement.
• Support supplier savings tracking, business updates, vendor audits, reporting, and special projects.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues in a timely manner.
• Help employees understand procurement processes, system usage, policies, and approval workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between the Technology and Procurement organizations to improve coordination and execution.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, account management, supplier management, or another role requiring strong relationship building and stakeholder support.
• Experience with or understanding of telecommunications providers, networks, and products.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and enterprise systems to analyze data, prepare reports, and support business decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and support change management initiatives.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and curious, with a continuous improvement mindset.
