Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Digital Operations Analyst' to join our ever-evolving Digital Sales team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

This newly created role is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and optimising digital processes, platforms, and systems to drive efficient and effective business operations. Combining data analysis, technical expertise, and operational insight, the role focuses on improving performance, identifying optimisation opportunities, and supporting the continuous evolution of digital capabilities across the organisation.

What you’ll own as the Digital Sales Operations Analyst:

  • Performance Analysis
    Analyse performance across digital channels (e.g., website, mobile app, paid media) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • KPI Tracking & Reporting
    Track and report on key metrics including conversion rates, traffic, engagement, and revenue.
  • Channel Performance Comparison
    Compare performance across sales channels (e.g., Digital, Telesales, eCommerce, POS) to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
    Monitor end-to-end customer journeys and application funnels, identifying drop-off points and recommending improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Revenue & Value Analysis
    Provide actionable insights to enhance profitability, customer value, and overall commercial performance.
  • Reporting & Insights Delivery
    Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for commercial, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
  • Experimentation & Testing
    Design and support A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate digital improvements and optimise performance.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation
    Recommend and implement data-driven changes to improve digital processes, user experience, and commercial outcomes.
  • Product & Channel Analysis
    Analyse product and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise digital offerings.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, email, and written reporting,
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within a corporate or commercial environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI to build dashboards and present insights.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and a range of digital tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with large datasets, including an understanding of database structures and management principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience in sales, customer success, or onboarding roles.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or SME/merchant services.
