What you'll own:

• Manage end-to-end utility billing using technology platforms to produce accurate, on-time monthly resident bills.
• Ensure all required billing inputs are complete to maximize client revenue recovery.
• Analyze billing outputs, variance reports, and datasets; collaborate with clients to validate and finalize utility statements.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver timely prebills, secure approvals, and meet billing timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate across the Utility Team and develop expert knowledge of billing systems to drive efficient processing.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software platforms and utility billing concepts, including flexibility for overtime as needed.
