You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing shipment activities for the Seasonal Business Unit within a seasonal retail environment. In this role, you will work closely with teams across finance, sales, manufacturing, logistics, and sales operations to support service levels, inventory optimization, and order management processes. You will analyze business data, communicate performance metrics and risks, and help drive alignment between operational and financial objectives. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, establish best practices, and support effective decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities:
· Execute monthly shipment plans for assigned business categories and align plans with finance, sales, SIOP, and logistics stakeholders.
· Monitor daily and weekly shipment performance, coordinate with logistics teams, and implement actions to maintain shipment plan attainment.
· Review, communicate, and manage inventory plans, including safety stock requirements, adjacency needs, and international shipment requirements.
· Lead ship date assignment and slotting activities, ensuring alignment with logistics capacity, customer commitments, and financial shipment plans.
· Analyze future shipment schedules, identify potential risks or constraints, and develop countermeasures to support plan execution.
· Execute sales operations processes on an ad hoc basis to support business needs
· Support dealer and consumer order management processes, including order maintenance, ship date communication, and order fulfillment activities.
· Support dealer show and order solicitation activities while ensuring accuracy of pricing, product configurations, features, and options.
· Partner with SIOP, finance, and plant materials teams to support inventory forecasting, flexibility planning, and service level achievement.
· Develop and maintain processes to identify inventory obsolescence risks and provide key inputs to inventory reporting and SIOP reviews.
· Participate in cross-functional excess and obsolete inventory reviews with planning, sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and finance partners.
· Communicate operational metrics, business risks, and key issues to stakeholders and senior management while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, queries, and databases.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional team environments.
· Experience supporting planning, inventory management, supply chain, sales operations, or related business processes.
· Experience with Alteryx and Power BI is preferred.
· Demand planning or master scheduling experience is preferred.
· Some travel required.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $69,000 to $91,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
