The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Program Director at Fort Belvoir, VA.You’ll independently apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. You may be assigned to participate in or lead program/project efforts to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders, to include management of personnel onboarding and offboarding. Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
•As Program Coordinator, participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders;
•Manage taskers and staffing packets;
•Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications;
•Control, manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.);
•Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
•Maintain access control system to register badges and monitor doors/cameras.
•Archive Operations functional documents and information;
•Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences; and
•Plan and manage facility requirements.
•Depending on placement in organization, may be required to support special requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
•Active Secret Security Clearance
•Associate’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience
•Ability to use Microsoft applications to include SharePoint
•Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
•Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously
•Ability to lift or move up to 25lbs., i.e., packages, IT equipment, and table/chairs

•Previous experience supporting an Army Product Manager office

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,200
