Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Analyst to review operational data, analyze trends, and
  • identify opportunities for process improvement across hotel operations.
  • Participate in regular revenue management calls, providing operational insights and supporting
  • strategy discussions to optimize ADR, occupancy, and overall revenue performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices aimed at enhancing operational
  • efficiency across all hotel locations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for General Managers, ensuring effective communication and alignment
  • with corporate objectives.
  • Gather and consolidate feedback from hotel teams to uncover operational challenges and
  • recommend practical solutions.
  • Provide regular performance updates and key metrics to General Managers to promote
  • transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in the rollout of new operational initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation and adherence
  • to quality standards.
  • Monitor and support brand compliance efforts, ensuring General Managers are well-informed on QA
  • standards and expectations.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, hospitality management, or a related role.
  • Prior experience supporting multi-unit operations and working with corporate teams is preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret operational data and identify actionable
  • insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration across
  • departments and hotel locations.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced
  • environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
