The selected candidate will be assigned to one campus location. This position is not remote as this is a full-time, on-site position.
Salary

Role Overview
The Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the financial and reporting functions that support daily flight school operations.
This role ensures accurate billing, clean financial records, and reliable reporting across student accounts, flight activity, and instructor records.
The Operations Analyst works closely with operations, student support, and leadership to maintain consistency between scheduling, flight completion, and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage student billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
• Audit post-flight records, dispatch activity, and instructor submissions for billing accuracy.
• Monitor student account balances, payment plans, and outstanding amounts; support collections as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for student billing and invoice inquiries.
• Coordinate billing and account matters with university partners and external financing providers.
• Generate routine financial and operational reports, including student account aging and activity summaries.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and auditable financial records.
• Ensure alignment between scheduling systems, flight activity, and billing outputs.
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests.
• Generate monthly aircraft metric reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, or financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
• Experience in aviation operations or flight training environments.
• Familiarity with scheduling, CRM, or student management systems.
• Knowledge of financial aid processes, student billing, or loan management
