Position Summary
The Operations Specialist supports Sales Offices and Home Office teams by providing operational, transactional, and servicing support for bank products and systems. This role focuses on regulatory compliance, process improvement, system support, and participation in department projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily operational and transactional support for bank products and delivery systems
• Monitor regulatory requirements and complete required reporting
• Identify and support process, policy, and system improvement initiatives
• Participate in projects including testing, implementation, and training
• Develop and maintain procedures and training materials
• Assist with issue resolution, investigations, and system processing support
• Provide backup support across Client Services – Operations functions
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and regulations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of banking experience; operations experience preferred
• Knowledge of loan and deposit products, banking systems, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with process improvement and project-based work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking systems
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer focus
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
