Job Profile Summary:

The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting service operations performance, assisting in daily management and improvement activities, handling basic analytical tasks, resolving routine complaints, providing first-level support, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards in service operations and maintenance. The role compiles data on and monitors service operations performance by assessing metrics to identify trends and issues. The role provides first-level support to users by troubleshooting and escalating unresolved issues. The role maintains accurate documentation of procedures and incidents for compliance and reference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compiles data on and monitors service operations performance by assessing various metrics and indicators to identify trends and issues related to delivery and effectiveness.

• Assists in executing routine daily management activities, utilizing problem-solving techniques to address challenges, and actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Helps in the execution of the planned implementation and assists in compiling data on the agreed-upon performance actions until the completion of the service operations action plan.

• Handles routine analytical assignments with direct supervision, utilizing Philips excellence toolkits or best practices under supervision, demonstrating strong work ethic and proven reliability.

• Compiles and assists in resolving routine low-complexity complaints, both safety and non-safety related, and escalations, ensuring precise and timely analysis, registration, and resolution.

• Assists in providing first-level support to users encountering issues with service operations and maintenance services by troubleshooting problems, providing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support as needed.

• Maintains accurate documentation of Service Operations and Maintenance Services procedures and incidents, ensuring up-to-date records for effective reference and compliance.

• Adheres to relevant regulations and policies by ensuring that all service operations and maintenance services activities comply with these standards across all operational and maintenance processes.

• Adheres to all service operations and maintenance services standards and guidelines, maintaining quality and compliance with established protocols.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
