Job Description

We are looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Clerk to join our team in Torrance, CA! A leading Logistics and Freight company is seeking eager and ambitious talent that is willing to learn new skills. No freight/logistics training needed!

Coordinate and maintain all transport; provide excellent customer service, and handle continuous interaction between agents, staff and corporate office members providing daily shipping updates.

Related specific responsibilities will include:

• Provide customer service via email and phone
• Answer all customers’ questions and provide relevant information
• Track and trace shipments for customers/clients
• Maintain inventory levels for multiple clients
• Create weekly logistics reports
• Perform additional duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year of Excel experience

• Logistic and freight experience is a PLUS
• Clerical experience is a PLUS
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail oriented
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
