Job Description

Examples of your work tasks:

• preparing costs calculations related to planned and ongoing local and international projects;
• work in ‘Business Central’ including opening sales orders, processing invoices, etc. work with corporate tools;
• managing and support with travel arrangements for operatives (e.g. visas, flights, rental cars, accommodation bookings etc.);
• handling employees’ timesheets, weekly and site works reports;
• monitoring employees learning assignments and organizing trainings;
• ordering necessary working clothes, PPE, tools, office and other equipment upon actual needs, inventory tracking;
• maintaining general office and HSE files related to the company operations;
• other tasks originating from unit business activity or delegated by management.

Qualifications

Your skills and competencies which help you to succeed:

• previous working experience as secretary or sales/purchase assistant;
• financial background is beneficial;
• you work fluently in English language, Estonian, Russian or other language skills would be beneficial;
• you are ready to perform urgent tasks in an immediate manner;
• we appreciate good team player skills and open-mind attitude;
• multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workflow;
• good understanding and experience in working with MS Office and other general office software.
