Job Description
The Operations Administrator provides critical administrative and operational support to the portfolio leadership team by coordinating activities across Operations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Quality Assurance. This role is responsible for ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and timely, enabling operational leaders to focus on client service, employee engagement, and business performance.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Pay: The pay for this role is $65,000.
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Operations Support
- Manage and process work orders, service requests, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate ticket requests and track completion to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support portfolio leadership with scheduling, reporting, and administrative projects.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison between Operations and shared service departments.
Payroll Administration
- Resolve payroll discrepancies in partnership with managers and Payroll.
- Assist employees and supervisors with payroll-related questions.
- Ensure payroll deadlines are met while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Quality Assurance
- Support portfolio quality assurance initiatives through documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Assist with audits and maintain records required for client and company compliance.
- Track corrective actions and follow up on outstanding items.
Human Resources Support
- Assist with new hire onboarding activities, including preparing onboarding materials and ensuring required documentation is completed.
- Coordinate new hire orientation logistics.
- Maintain employee files and HR records in accordance with company policies.
- Support employee communications and general HR administrative activities.
- Coordinate with HR Field Partners on employee lifecycle activities.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Monitor staffing levels and liaise with TA on hiring needs.
- Assist candidates through the onboarding process, including I-9 documentation, badging, and pre-employment requirements.
- Monitor candidate progress and communicate status updates with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
- Support recruiting initiatives and maintain applicant documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings and training sessions.
- Answer and direct employee and customer inquiries.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting operations, HR, payroll, or a related business function.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience supporting field operations or a multi-site workforce.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, or workforce management systems.
- Knowledge of onboarding, recruiting, payroll, and basic HR practices.
