The Operations Administrator supports Commercial & Industrial (C&I) electricity customers across the full customer lifecycle. The role involves high-volume administrative tasks, customer interaction, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

With respect, integrity and honesty you will:

• Manage a high volume of daily administrative tasks and customer queries
• Administer billing and claims for Electricity Rebate customers in line with government requirements
• Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
• Provide advice to customers, internal teams, and project stakeholders
• Resolve service order, transfer, and billing exceptions within required service levels
• Prepare ad hoc and periodic reports for internal stakeholders
• Support delivery of operational and project-based activities as required

You will be a detail-oriented administrator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Excellent customer service focus with the ability to build effective relationships
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong time management and multitasking capability
• High attention to detail, particularly when working on repetitive tasks
• Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to process improvement
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn CRM/billing system
