We are growing rapidly and are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Operations Administrator to support our Operations team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring projects move smoothly from scheduling to installation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately
• Logging customer interactions and updates into NetSuite CRM
• Scheduling site surveys and installation appointments
• Confirming customer appointments via phone, email, and text
• Assisting with permit and interconnection applications
• Uploading and organizing project documentation
• Providing exceptional customer service to homeowners and internal teams

What You Bring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Previous scheduling or administrative experience in construction, roofing, electrical, solar, or home services industries preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
