Key Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administration role
  • Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of new technologies
  • Problem solving champion
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

What You’ll Do!

You’ll play a major role in supporting the our Account Managers, onsite therapists and clients. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Client Support: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Create promotional materials and attend client meetings as needed.
  • Clinician Support Provide tools and software setup for onsite clinicians, addressing their requests and concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal departments and the Staffing Coordinator to assist clients, clinicians, and ensure shift coverage.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock requests, negotiate with suppliers, and process orders.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively, embodying our proactive approach.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation by suggesting and implementing measures to enhance efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit clinician notes, ensuring timely completion and escalating issues when standards aren’t met, reflecting our commitment to integrity.
