About the role

As an Operations Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Aviation operations by ensuring the smooth and compliant loading of ISO containers for export to Papua New Guinea (PNG). You’ll manage export documentation, maintain accurate system records, and coordinate closely with internal teams to keep operations running efficiently. This is a detail‑driven role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment and takes pride in getting things right. This position will be a fixed term contract of

Key responsibilities include:

• Load and manage all required paperwork in the IOR system to support ISO container loading and export activities.
• Complete, file, and maintain export documentation accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organised records across shared systems used by both IOR and PNG customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather, verify, and update documentation in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and improve operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring

You’re highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. You communicate clearly, work well independently, and understand the importance of accuracy in operational and compliance‑driven environments. Experience in logistics, export, or operational administration will set you up for success.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within logistics, aviation, or export operations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Confidence using documentation management systems and shared digital platforms.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• Familiarity with export regulations and compliance requirements (or a willingness to learn).
