Operations Administrator, Data

A global consulting firm based in Boston is looking to add an Operations Administrator, Data to its team. This role will be part of a four-person team and report to a Manager who loves to mentor people. The ideal candidate has a strong skillset working with databases and Excel.

** This is a hybrid position - 3 days per week onsite are required**

Highlights:

  • Coordinate, oversee, and enhance the utilization of data resources across the firms consulting endeavors.
  • Proactively manage the ongoing enhancement of our database knowledge repository by incorporating updates from consultants and third-party vendors.
  • Assist consultants in submitting applications for external data sources, perform basic database queries, and fulfill tasks necessary for data acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Healthcare Data Operations, to compose tailored oral and written communications for both internal stakeholders such as senior consultants and external entities including third-party data vendors and clients.
  • Assist in managing operations and processes related to the firms partnerships with third-party vendors.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong Excel/systems skills
