GFL Environmental in Sudbury is seeking an Operations Administrator to streamline our daily service activities and optimize organizational efficiency. In this role, you will monitor workflows, support personnel, and ensure all customer requirements are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally greet and communicate with all visiting clients.
• Receive courier shipments and incoming goods and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Prepare purchase orders and assist with ordering supplies.
• Maintain and update training matrix to reflect role-based, regulatory, and company required training.
• Monitor upcoming, expired, and overdue training certifications and notify leaders accordingly.
• Support onboarding new hires.
• Enter part order, update, and review accurate fleet maintenance data in the maintenance management system.
• Track unit service intervals and maintenance compliance.
• Support fleet by ensuring all maintenance records and required documentation are complete and current.
• Work closely with Fleet Maintenance and Operations to reconcile data discrepancies and ensure system accuracy.
• General office duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Post-secondary education in business administration or related field is considered an asset.
• One (1+) years of administrative or operations support experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
