Primary responsibilities include offering support and training to ANS districts in the areas of Standard Operating Procedures, Intranet tools, SAP processes, other processes, procedures, and policies and basic computer software applications used in day-to-day district activities. In addition, performs administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy, and any combination of the following tasks: ANS communications, Customer Service, project facilitation and other general duties as required. Communicate daily with upper management to ensure the processes, procedures and policies are being followed.

Admin Support
Provide operational support to all Shop Managers, ensuring they review and approve reports, including monthly invoices.
Communicate regularly with the Rehabilitation and Heavy Repair Manager and Shop Supervisor regarding progress, obstacles, issues, and process improvement suggestions.
Team Collaboration:
Support effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration between Management and shop associates.
Maintain quality relationships with the mechanics and involve Rehabilitation and Heavy Repair Manager when possible, keeping them informed of issues as they arise.
Customer Support, Confidentiality & Compliance
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing memos/reports, and making recommendations to management.
Provide input on all new contracts and amendments to determine if terms and conditions are compatible with system capabilities.
Protect the operation of the company by keeping financial, production, sales, and marketing information and plans confidential.
Demonstrate an understanding of the Standard Operating Procedures Manual, Safety Management System, SAP processes, and Business Warehouse (BW) tools, providing support to district leaders to improve the understanding and effective use of these procedures and systems.
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 year of administrative support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and office equipment
Solid organizational, team-building and people skills
The ability to work and navigate within a complex matrixed organization
Calm and professional demeanor, in control of workload and able to handle multiple tasks and interruptions
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and to request clarification when needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to assume increasing responsibilities in a rapidly-changing environment
Attention to detail with ability to organize and prioritize workflow
Ability to follow instructions and procedures properly
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Experience with SAP systems
