Job Description

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with 150+ locations across 36 countries, providing services that address our clients' logistics challenges.

As a full-service global freight forwarder and contract logistics provider, we help our clients manage the warehouse and transportation needs of their supply chain so they can focus on their business.

This role provides administrative and operational support to regional freight operations teams, ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day activities across assigned locations. The position supports operational reporting, data management, system administration, and follow-up with internal teams and external partners, using strong Microsoft Excel skills to maintain accurate records, analyse freight-related data, and support effective decision-making.

Essential Job Funcations:

  • Provides administrative and operational support to regional freight operations teams across assigned locations.
  • Supports day-to-day freight operations activities, including data entry, system administration and follow-up with internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepares, updates, and distributes regional operations reports, dashboards, and performance summaries as required.
  • Uses advanced Microsoft Excel skills to maintain and analyse data, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, filters, and formatting to support operational reporting and decision-making.
  • Maintains accurate operational records and assists with the review, reconciliation, and quality checking of freight-related data.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Advanced Excell.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Extensive knowledge of standard administrative practices, software applications and satisfaction survey software.
  • Ability to manage and produce executive quality reports

Certifications and Licences:

  • Professional certification may be required in some areas.
